Olaitan Onyebuoha (Vice President)
Olaitan Roseline Onyebuoha is a dynamic, experienced, innovation-driven, cross-trained professional with excellent entrepreneurial, project management, team building, problemsolving, and human relationship skills.
She is a wife, mom, business owner, and a full-time employee. She arrived in New Brunswick in 2014 to study at the University of New Brunswick Saint John’s MBA program, with a major area of focus on Entrepreneurship and Technology Management. She also graduated from Ashton University Vancouver BC in 2020. Upon graduation from the UNBSJ MBA program, Olaitan worked in the public art, insurance industry and currently a Deal Facilitator in one of the top ten IT corporations in the world.
Afiz Adelakun (General Secretary)
Afiz Adelakun is a graduate of Sociology & Anthropology and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources Management both from Lagos State University (LASU). He’s an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
I have had over 20 years experience in Human Resources Management, Personnel/General Administration, Industrial Conflict Resolution and Human Capacities Development.
He is happily married to a beautiful wife with wonderful kids.
Niyi Onabanjo (Financial Secretary)
‘Niyi Onabanjo is a graduate of Accounting from the Prestigious university of Lagos (Unilag). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria 11years ago. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
I have had over 13years experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax Management, payroll management and resource management. Niyi has successfully led statutory and management audit for public quoted companies and private companies, respectively. He is happily married to a beautiful wife with wonderful kids.
Charles Nwakaibe (Treasurer)
Charles Nwakaibe FCA, ACTI, is a chartered accountant and a fellow of the Institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has varying work experience spanning financial institutions both in Nigeria and Canada. He put in several years in zenith bank Nigeria before migrating to NB Canada in 2018, here in Canada he has opportune to work with RBC, TD finance and The Co-operators general Ins.Co.
Charles is a devoted family man, community builder, relationship builder, positive influencer and change agent. He is passionate about service and currently serves as the Treasurer of Nigeria Canadian Association of New Brunswick NCANB where he is deploying his wealth of experience in the finance team of the association. He is happily married with children.

Mololuwa Josiah (Community Outreach Lead)
Mololuwa Josiah is a Software Developer with IBM Canada. She also has experience working in the financial industry for the Bank of Montreal as well as the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Abuja where she bridged the gap between technology and finance while providing optimum customer satisfaction.
Mololuwa graduated Summa cum laude from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo with a degree in Computer Science (ICT option). She moved to Canada in 2017 to study at the University of New Brunswick where she attained a Masters degree in Computer Science.
Mololuwa is passionate about nutrition and healthy living. She always looks forward to trying out new recipes and hosting people to good meals. Mololuwa loves to give back by volunteering and by mentoring new comers to the province.
