Adebayo Ogunleye
Adebayo Ogunleye was acknowledged as one of the Top-Most Inspiring Immigrants in Atlantic Canada for the year 2024. An award which marked a significant moment to honor his impactful contributions toward assisting other immigrants across Canada. He is wholeheartedly dedicated to supporting newcomers, mentoring international students, and promoting talents and fostering meaningful integration within local communities. He is the immediate past President of NCANB, was a community Ambassador to Keystone Bank, a current Board Member in Cohesia (a national body tasked with promoting and fostering social cohesion in Canada), current Vice President at the New Brunswick Multicultural Council, a mentor at Opportunities NB, and GNB, to mention but few.
Education: Adebayo earned a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lautech, Osun State, Nigeria. With over a dozen of certifications in professional domain.
Career: Adebayo is an experienced Information Technology Consultant with over two decades of expertise in technology management, specializing in cloud technologies. Proactive in safeguarding against security threats, optimizing system and database architecture, and building and leading teams. Proficient in AWS, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Linux, and Unix. Demonstrates a consistent track record of excellence in delivering innovative and secure IT solutions that empower business and organizational success
Patience Kanu
Patience Kanu’s background is characterized by her unwavering commitment to community engagement and empowerment. Her role on the PSSC at Harrison Trimble High reflects her dedication to supporting educational initiatives at the grassroots level. Through her leadership and vision, Patience seeks to empower individuals and communities alike, driving positive change and resilience.
Education: Patience education spans across diverse fields- from Economics, Computer studies, and Management where she honed her expertise in data governance, strategic planning, and leadership. Furthermore, her continuous involvement in professional development activities, such as her membership in the British Computer Society (BCS) and the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), underscores her dedication to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Career: Patience has a strong background in financial education and empowerment. She holds a significant role as an EEP Instructor for Business Analysis, where she mentors the next generation of IT professionals. Additionally, Patience serves as a part-time Instructor at Crandall University, further demonstrating her commitment to education and community development.

Vitus Tobechukwu Ileme

Career: Vitus is an accomplished engineer with a career that cut across construction and Oil & Gas industries. He has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, leading various teams to success, mentoring peers and delivering results. He currently works as a Project Controller an Engineering Services company in New Brunswick.
Douye Ifejika
Douye Ifejika brings a wealth of experience to the multicultural community of Fredericton with a desire to encourage, support, and inspire others in the community and pay forward through kindness, community service and development. She is intentional and driven, she would be an asset in achieving the association’s goals of promoting diversity and inclusion in our vibrant community. Olakunle Ogunyemi
Olakunle Ogunyemi is passionate about community building and social empowerment. He is family oriented and finds fulfillment in both his personal and professional life.
